Returns and complaints
Withdrawal from the contract

If

A) you are a consumer

or

B) you are a natural person and the contract you have concluded with us after 31 December 2020 is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you

- as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a statement of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: fischer@fischer.pl

Return the returned item to us immediately to the address: Rynek 11, 41-902 Bytom , but not later than within 14 days from the date on which you have withdrawn from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The course of the fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

  • for a contract in which we deliver an item while being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the taking possession of the item by you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, and in the case of a contract that involves multiple items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from the taking possession of the last item, batch or part by you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you.
    Sending a statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

We will reimburse you the payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods in accordance with the principles specified in the regulations without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your notice of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or you provide evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Remember that you have no right to withdraw from a distance contract, among other things, in relation to the contract:

  • in which the subject of the performance is a non-refabricated item, produced according to your specifications or serving to meet your individual needs;
  • in which the subject matter of the performance is a thing subject to rapid deterioration or having a short period of usefulness for use;
  • in which the subject matter of the performance is a thing delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of the performance are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Complaints
If you are a consumer, in case the goods purchased from us prove to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. The best way to lodge a complaint is by e-mail: fischer@fischer.pl or by mail to the address Rynek 11, 41-902 Bytom

Defective goods should be sent to the address: Rynek 11, 41-902 Bytom

In connection with the defect you can demand:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
    removal of defects,

or make a statement about:

  • reduce the price,
    withdraw from the contract - in the case of a major defect.

We are liable to you for defects found within two years from the date of delivery.

As a rule, you can lodge a complaint within one year from the date you noticed the defect, but the time for lodging a complaint cannot end before the expiry of the period of the seller's liability.

Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
